Russo-Serbian humanitarian center deal to be inked

An agreement on establishment of the Niš-based Serbo-Russian humanitarian center for fast reaction in emergency cases will be inked Wednesday. The agreement will be signed by Serbian Interior Minister Ivica Dačić and Russian Emergency Situations Minister Sergey Shoigu.
