(ChinaPost.com.tw) - Typhoon Tembin was moving at a slow but steady pace off the East Coast of Taitung County. The Central Weather Bureau (CWB) stated that the typhoon will make landfall today at noon. The CWB also forecasted that Taiwan would feel the impact between today and Saturday.
