Central and Southern Vietnam, August 2019The International Federation of Red Cross And Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) reported that flooding in central and southern Vietnam that began around 08 August, 2019, caused 10 deaths and displaced almost 2000 people. Kien Giang and Lam Dong were the worst hit provinces, where rivers reached record levels.
