Yemen, Late August to September 2022UNOCHA reported an estimated 231,000 people (33,00 households), were affected by floods in 120 districts of 14 governorates in Yemen between 25 August and 18 September 2022. Three children were swept away by floodwaters and later reported to be dead in Lahj Governorate on 18 September, while another three children were reportedly injured when a school building collapsed following heavy rains in Adh Dhahir District of Sa’dah Governorate on 06 September.
