GDACS is a cooperation framework between the United Nations, the European Commission and disaster managers worldwide to improve alerts, information exchange and coordination in the first phase after major sudden-onset disasters.

Floods and flood warnings during the last 24 hours reported by national services (European Flood Awareness System - EFAS) (ECHO 27 Nov 2022)

Italy: Warning level 2/3 for Calabria, Sicilia and Campania regions.
Moldova: Warning level 2/3 for Dnister river (as reported on 2022-11-25).
Portugal: Warnings for heavy rain and high discharges in the North and Center.
United Kingdom: Warning level 2/3 for the rivers Nene and Severns.
